The house holds eight guest suites, each one named and no two alike: seven with king beds, plus a double-occupancy room with a queen. Every suite has its own ensuite bath, Frette linens, Peacock Alley down bedding, Grown Alchemist toiletries, robes and slippers, a Dyson hairdryer, a Smeg refrigerator for the champagne, and its own climate control. There are no televisions anywhere in the house, which sounds like a subtraction until you spend a wedding weekend in a place where people actually talk to each other.

The Morning Of

Breakfast is served fresh each morning and sourced locally, and coffee and tea stay on all day, which matters more than you would think when hair and makeup start at seven.
