The Geny

Fresh and cheerful, the Geny Room blends botanical patterns, soft greens, and warm wood tones to create a space that feels light, inviting, and quietly whimsical. Clean-lined furnishings, floral accents, and natural textures give the room an airy garden-inspired charm.

This room is named for the Geny family, founders of Geny's Wholesale Florist, one of Nashville's oldest family-owned businesses established in 1868. After arriving from France, the Genys designed the gardens at Belmont Mansion before opening a flower shop that later moved to Sylvan Park, where it remains a beloved neighborhood fixture today.
